Shipping Info: At Kite Stripe Records, we believe in the US Postal Service, and we want to keep it in business. We believe in letters. We believe in brown paper packages tied up with string. So your package will be delivered via first class mail -- you can expect it in less than 5-7 business days, if you're ordering from the US. International orders may take a week or so longer. Of course, if you have a specific deadline and you need the CD sooner, just contact us, and we can use alternate shipping methods (additional charges may apply).
Return Policy: We take every precaution in packing and sending your disc. However, if your CD is damaged in the mail, simply mail it back to the return address and we will ship a new one free of charge.
